GENERAL MANAGER

Full Time .

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire a passionate team to deliver exceptional customer experiences in our café and pizzeria.

  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth service and maintaining the highest standards of food quality and hygiene.

  • Manage inventory, sourcing local and sustainable ingredients to uphold our commitment to freshness and ethical practices.

  • Foster strong relationships with suppliers, staff, and the local community.

  • Drive business growth through effective marketing, community engagement, and exceptional service standards.

  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

  • Manage staff recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance reviews, promoting an inclusive and supportive workplace culture.

  • Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and sales reporting.

HEAD PIZZA CHEF

Full Time

Join Collective Kennington, where craft meets community. We’re seeking a passionate Head Pizza Chef to lead our kitchen team in creating exceptional organic sourdough pizzas and baked goods, in our wood fired oven. You are responsible for overseeing all operations, ensuring the production of all our dough products meet our brand standards. This role involves being a great team leader who can work efficiently under pressure. Managing inventory and the food and hygiene standards with specific detail to cleanliness and order.

About You:

  • Skilled in the art of sourdough pizza making, with deep knowledge of fermentation and dough handling

  • Experience working with local, free-range, and organic ingredients

  • Committed to quality, flavour, and consistency in every dish

  • Leader who inspires and supports a small, close-knit team

  • Passionate about sustainable, ethical cooking practices

Your Role:
